Private Comfort Room

Our comfort room is available for pet owners to use while their private cremation takes place. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Cremation time depends on the weight of your pet. The average time is 5 hours. If you do not wish to wait or if the cremation cannot be completed by hte end of the day, we will telephone you when the cremation process is completed.
